Input/Output Error?

#1
Thanks very much for all your work on this kernel, it's greatly appreciate!

One thing I've notice over the past little while was a 'Failed to check for container: Input/output error' message I've been getting when updating my system.  A google search indicated that it may be related to xanmod.   Have you encountered this before?  Is it something to be concerned about?

Thanks!
